Consultancy Services
PAL provides expert advice through our paid consultancy services. Our consultancy services are independent and are not funded by CLG and London Councils monies. We offer a flexible, high quality consultancy service for individual clients, community groups, public, private and third sector clients on planning matters big or small.
If you require advice on less complex planning issues, we can provide affordable planning advice either over the phone or by appointment. We think that this can be particularly useful if you are involved in any of the following planning matters:
- You want to check your permitted development rights;
- You are about to make a planning application, but are unsure of the process;
- You want to make comments on a nearby development proposal, such as a neighbour's extension; or
- You want to make comments on a planning policy document produced by your local council.
Alternatively, if you need further advice or your case is more complicated, you can commission PAL to provide you with more detailed support. Once we have established what advice or assistance you need, we will prepare a detailed quotation which sets out the exact nature of the work to be undertaken and the timescales involved.
