 COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Meeting communities and spreading the word about planning

Planning Aid for London has its roots in community outreach and helping residents to understand and participate meaningfully in the planning process. As part of our 2023 grant from Trust for London we will be returning to our roots by attending various community events in London. Please see below for more information and come and say hello!

Previous Community Events

The Lambeth Country Show, Brockwell Park

Saturday 10 June - Sunday 11 June , 1.00pm - 7.00pm

Back in the heart of Lambeth, we ran a stall at the Lambeth Country Show.  This gave the Planning Aid for London volunteers and Trustees the opportunity to meet over 200 people and spread the word about our work and the important role that communities can play in planning.

Four people sat behind a table and one standing, under a white gazebo with the PAL logo on it.

Palmers Green Festival, Broomfield Park

Returning for the first time since 2020 is the Palmers Green Festival. Run by the Friends of Broomfield Park, Palmers Green Festival is a community event with a variety of activities, food and art for you to enjoy.
